Our Passion

In 2022, we (Kyle and Britni) began Vine Coffee Co with a desire to introduce everyone to specialty coffee. We seek to have a range of offerings from light and fruity coffees to more classic yet complex dark roasts. We are always looking to source beans from familiar origins, but also some that are a little different to allow you to explore the amazing world of coffee.

We roast all our coffee on two Aillio Bullet 1kg Roasters. This allows us to roast in small batches, usually around 550g, and have a lot of control over every roast. We meticulously work on profiles for each coffee we source so that it results in the best tasting cup possible when brewed. Working with small batches also allows us to roast coffee as it is ordered so that you receive a fresh bag of coffee every time.

While the coffee roasting is a major part of Vine Coffee Company, the ultimate vision is to not only roast coffee but to brew it for you as well. We are passionate about providing an amazing customer experience when it comes to coffee. Our dream of opening a cafe became a reality in November 2022 when we opened up a coffee shop in Cochrane, AB. We are incredibly thankful for the coffee community embracing us in Cochrane and can’t wait to see what else is in store for us.
